I receive dozens of emails each week from people who are curious about their Cash Crate pending offers. I don’t mind answering emails from people, but ultimately my goal is for this site to provide enough useful information for the user that I wind up receiving fewer and fewer emails. The more helpful my site is, the fewer questions you’ll wind up with after browsing around and reading each article.

Here are some of the questions about CashCrate pending offers I’ve received since this sites inception, including additional basic questions I’ve included to help you understand the answers.

Q: How long does a Cash Crate pending offer take to clear?

A: This depends on a few factors. The most important is that you made sure to complete the exact demands of the survey. This is easy to do if you carefully read the slight bit of text beneath each offer as they’ll explain how many pages you need to complete before the offer is done. It’ll also explain any other requirements that you’ll need to complete in order to get paid for the survey. If you haven’t done all of these, the advertiser won’t clear the offer and your account won’t be credited.
Another reason could be that you didn’t confirm the pending offer by confirming that you’re a human. As we wrote about in our Cash Crate tips and tricks article, you’ll need to get into the habit of confirming that you’re a real human and not a robot. This is done by finding the email you receive from the offer and clicking a confirmation link. This should sometimes be done before submitting the offer officially through CashCrate.

Q: Why does my Cash Crate pending offer never confirm/get accepted?

A: Again, this also depends on certain factors. It’s possible you didn’t complete every one of the requirements or maybe you didn’t confirm the fact you’re a human who is completing the offers. It’s quite likely that some of your offers will NEVER go from pending to completed. Don’t worry, this is standard and your attitude should be, “Eh, can’t win ‘em all” and to keep going. The more offers you do, the more money you’ll make!
